Yes, throughout both the Old and New Testaments, we see clear evidence that God calls and uses women as prophets. From Miriam, Deborah, and Huldah in the Old Testament to Anna and Philip’s daughters in the New Testament, the Bible affirms that the prophetic gift is not limited by gender. While the term "prophetess" is sometimes used to describe women, the role and function are the same as that of a prophet—someone who speaks on behalf of God. The distinction in wording doesn’t imply a difference in authority or calling. Prophetic Numbers
Encouragement, tips, & insights on Prophetic Numbers....
Numbers can be one of the many ways the Lord speaks—just as he speaks in dreams, parables, or even visions throughout the Bible—but all interpretations must come from the Spirit of God, not from man (see Genesis 40:8 and Daniel 2:27–28). The same way God gave understanding to Joseph and Daniel, He can give insight to you through prayer, scripture, and the Holy Spirit. I encourage you to write down what you’re seeing, pray over it, and ask the Lord to reveal patterns and timing. Reference the Bible to see if any verses have the number combinations that you are seeing repeatedly. If you see repeating numbers: Pray and ask the Holy Spirit which verse (or combination) He’s highlighting.
Journal the context of what’s going on in your life. Consider if He’s speaking about a principle that comes from the verse that He leads you towards. I also like to look up the Hebrew and Greek Strong’s concordance meaning. Strong's Concordance is a crucial tool for in-depth Bible study-it offers a detailed index of words used in the King James Version (KJV) along with their corresponding Hebrew and Greek terms. It allows users to understand the meanings of biblical language by examining how words are used throughout the Bible and by tracing them back to their original roots.
